Article 1 Scope of Application and Changes to These Terms

Article 9 Suspension of Service Provision, Cancellation of Membership Registration, and Compensation Obligations

Article 10: Conclusion of the sales contract

Article 11 Termination of Contract

Article 12 Sales price, etc.

1. The sales price and shipping fee for each product will be displayed on each product page.

2. We reserve the right to change the selling price of the product and the shipping fee for the product without prior notice to the user. Even if either or both of the selling price and shipping fee for the product are changed after the conclusion of the sales contract, the user must pay the price at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, and we will not charge or refund the difference to the user.


Article 13 Timing and method of payment

Article 14 Delivery of Products

1. All orders will be delivered by a delivery company designated by our company. The delivery company will be selected at our discretion, taking into consideration the size, weight, and nature of the product. Users cannot specify a delivery company.

2. Products are only delivered within Japan. Even within Japan, delivery may not be possible to some remote islands and other areas. If an order is placed to an area where delivery is not possible, the order will be canceled and a refund will be made.

3. When multiple items are shipped in one order, the delivery time, delivery date and delivery service may vary for each item as they will be shipped from different origins depending on the items, stock availability and nature of the items.

4. Once we have arranged for the shipment of the product, we cannot accept changes to the shipping address from the user, regardless of the reason or circumstances.

5. If the User is not at home on the delivery date and a "Notice of Absence" has been placed in the User's mailbox, the User must make arrangements with the delivery company for redelivery.

Article 15 Returns and Exchanges

1. For all orders, after the sales contract has been concluded, the User may not change to another product, change specifications, cancel, or return or exchange the product for reasons of the User's own convenience.

2. If the product delivered to the user is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the user must contact our email address (info@tistou.jp) with details within 7 days of receiving the product. If the user contacts us within that period and the damage, defect, or incorrect product is determined to be the responsibility of our company, we will exchange the product for a new product of the same type or provide a refund. In the case of an exchange, the user must return the product to our company by cash on delivery.

3. If damage to the product can be improved by replacing parts, we will only replace the parts.

4. If a user incurs damages due to our negligence, our liability for compensation will be limited to the actual amount of damages that would normally be deemed to arise from the negligence, and in any case will be limited to the total amount (including consumption tax) of the product price, shipping fee, etc. for the order.
